Greetings! …on behalf of us all at Ascension Memorial Church,

A few words of welcome, as you take a quick look at this community of faith nurtured by its worship, love, and service. 

Look around, but here’s a glimpse of what you might find: 

You will find a long, rich tradition of spiritual worship and practice treasured as a trustworthy framework for supporting a meaningful, joyful, shared rule of life.

You will find educational opportunities for all ages valued for helping us to see what we’ve yet to see, to recognize as kin the stranger among us, and to learn how it is that we are hard-wired to be generous in every way.

You will find kindred souls, old and young, with whom you may be real and with whom you may safely, enjoyably explore questions that leads to even better questions.

You will find profound respect for the God-given dignity of every human being.

You will find people in love with creation, working passionately and creatively to preserve and protect its beauty and diversity.

You will find greater curiosity about the depth and quality of our relationship with God and neighbor than about statements of belief or codes of behavior.
